The DocBike Project, run by Dr Ian Mew and PC Chris Smith, was able to celebrate the end of summer with sizeable donations from both Poole Tourism and the Dorset Masons.
Docbike has received a £1000 donation from Poole Council Road Safety team. Presented by the Mayor Councillor Ann Stribley and Nick Ellis (Road Safety & Engineering Officer for Poole Council).
The team was very pleased to accept a donation of £1230 from the The Provincial Grand Lodge of Dorset and its Lodges which will be used to buy medical equipment for the bike in June.
Bournemouth business continues their support for DocBike and local road safety with a donation from local fire & security company – B&G. Their support is greatly appreciated.
We are very grateful to local business Magellan Aerospace for their generous fundraising & donation of £690 to help provide much needed medical equipment for the project.
